Don't know if you heard, but the Soup Nazi is coming to San Francisco! Possibly one of the most famous Seinfeld episodes ever, the actual Soup Nazi from NYC is opening a store at Fisherman's wharf. Being a huge Seinfeld fan and a soup enthusiast, I am obviously pretty excited. I think its time SAW makes a tomato bisque or a jambalaya in honor of this event. And we'll make sure everyone gets bread.

-Dan

We're not done. Just taking a break for now. In the meantime, we have 21 great soups to make and we'll be posting some new ones very soon.

Happy souping

-Dan and Pam
Our executive chef has traveled to Saint-Alexandre France to spend a few weeks traveling the countryside, drinking the finest wine, and of course, making a fabulous meal. This week we are posting a special soup - Curried Fresh Pea. This soup depends on what type of curry powder you use. With a large variety of curry powder to choose from, you can tailor the flavor to your liking. We used a yellow Ras Al Hanout which is a Moroccan curry powder used by the North
African immigrants residing in Provence. Tres Bien et bon appetit!
